Mandate incorporating STRATUM
A separate mandate for the relevant engagement involving STRATUM. Platform access and advisory appointment follow the applicable agreed terms; website browsing does not create either.
Mutual non-disclosure agreement
Sets confidentiality terms for the proposed information exchange. It does not itself appoint OGZ, agree fees, authorise an introduction or commit either party to invest.
